I need some work done in my apartment, who do I call?

Contact information is available through the Tenant Portal. There is a 24/7 emergency phone number for fire, flood or blood. If it is a non-emergency fill out a work order through the tenant portal with your requests and we will respond in a timely manner.

Where can I find additional parking?

The City of Olympia has a downtown parking pass program. Learn more at olympiawa.gov. You can also get in touch with City Hall to find out about their zone parking pass, which is $70 annually.

Leasing FAQs

Can I do less than a 12-month lease?

We prefer a 12-month lease minimum. We do allow shorter-term leases with a premium added to the monthly rent.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late on the 6th of each month.

What the is late fee for rent?

Your rent is considered late on the 6th of each month. Late fees are $50 on the 6th and $5 each day thereafter.

Are utilities covered in rent?

No, tenants are responsible to pay all utilities.

What's the lease break policy?

To break your lease you pay half of one month’s rent. You must also pay rent and utilities until your unit is re-rented or the end of the lease, whichever is sooner.
